Can't say enough good things about Danny from Reliable Source Plumbing and Drains Ltd. He installed a new water heater for us and the work is honestly top notch. The copper work is clean, tidy, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in what they do. Everything was neat, properly supported, and the whole setup looks better than the old one ever did.
Danny was professional, friendly, and walked us through everything he was doing. He showed up when he said he would, got the job done efficiently, and left the area clean. No mess, no hassle, no surprises.

I truly can’t recommend Reliable Source, Danny, and his team enough. The level of professionalism, promptness, and constant communication completely takes the anxiety out of dealing with unexpected plumbing issues.
I really appreciate the time they take to explain everything before, during, and after their visits. Their friendly, approachable manner adds so much comfort and value as a client.

We recently had Danny and his 2 team members come to fix an issue with our ventilation pipe because it was old and loose, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service.
He arrived right on time, was very professional throughout the job, and had a friendly attitude that made the whole experience pleasant. The quality of work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable—great value for the service provided. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber! I can’t recommend Danny and Reliable Source plumbing and Drain enough. We are so happy and grateful for the work they completed!
They are professional, personable, transparent, and the workmanship is top notch.
To make a long story short, we had roots in our main drain. Initially we called a different company and after they charged us a substantial amount of money to temporarily clear the drain they quoted over $25,000 without any remediation of the neighbouring driveway they claimed to need to excavate.
Thankfully I knew enough to get more quotes but unfortunately the drain clogged again before we could get it fixed. I figured we were in for a huge bill.
I called Danny and Reliable Source on Saturday evening and he showed up first thing Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was wrong and where. He quoted us at $3200. A Far cry from over $25,000!!
He also showed us that the work the previous company planned to do wasn’t even going to fix the issue. Which proved to be true!
They fit us into their schedule asap and Danny even tried to temporarily clear the drain until they could return
They showed up on time, and charged us exactly as quoted. Danny showed us everything he fixed and where exactly the issues were. They finished the work promptly and provided pictures and videos of what they did. They left our house clean and tidy.

I have used Reliable Source Plumbing for several years now. Danny is very knowledgeable and efficient. I had kitchen sink leaking issue, bathroom sink clog and a toilet tank overflowing. This was a very stressful and hectic situation. Danny understood the urgency and stressfulness of the situation and exceeded my expectations. He came to assess the situation and was very thorough explaining to me what repairs needs to be done. Danny was very courteous and fixed all issues in a timely fashion.
