We needed to replace our 24 year old water heater that was  beginning to show signs of “better replace me quickly.”  A friend of mine suggested I contact Danny at Reliable Source Plumbing. I called Danny, explained the situation and he provided me with a quote and gave me some options for times available. Danny suggested Sunday would work for them if it was good for me. As it turned out Sunday was a good time to get it done. Sunday at the agreed upon time Rene and his protege  showed up and explained exactly what was going to happen. They proceeded to work on the tank and were extremely quiet. When the job was completed they walked me through the installation process showed me the work and explained how to drain the tank and relight the burner in the tank. I've used reliable source plumbing for well over 5 years , from rebuilding the collapsed drain line in my 65+ year old home , doing a rough in for a basement bathroom, moving the plumbing line in my main floor bathroom, hooking up the tub/shower sink lines , setting up the water and drain/dishwasher in a kitchen remodel ,running a water line to the fridge and finally installing a dry well water collector in my backyard to prevent the flooding in the backyard every spring and heavy rainfall. We had a problem with a clogged drain and these guys were amazing!  While working, They also explained to me what they were doing and helped with some advice to avoid such an issue in future.
